​I will work with you and be there every step of the way! I'm not your typical trainer. I can help you address any area of your health, not just with a new exercise program, but with nutrition education and wellness coaching.

Programs for Individuals

​Personal Training
  • Individualized 1 on 1 personal training

Virtual & In-Person Wellness Breaks
  • ​A perfect "Time Out" to de-stress and refresh
  • 1/2 hour session
  • Includes stretching and guided meditation
  • ​Thursday at Noon on Zoom (Virtual Wellness Break)
​
Couch to 5K Program
  • ​6-8 week program for walkers or runners
  • Weekly training session with personalized plan
  • End goal is participation in the Livonia Save Our Youth (LSOY) 5k in early June​

I had never been a runner and had never heard of Couch To 5K (C25K).  I learned about C25K through a Spitfire Training class I was taking.  When I learned it's a run/walk training program for people who are new to running, I thought I would give it a try.  Training is 3 days a week - 1 day as a class and 2 days on your own.  Each week you run/walk a little longer. The free run/walk phone app is easy to use.  I registered for a 5K race when I'm in training so that I have a goal.  We learn to use pre and post run exercises to prevent injuries. This is my 5th year of running.   

I encourage you to sign up for Spitfire Training C25K if you would like to get in shape and perhaps run your first 5K!  -Sharon M.
