How healthy are you? I mean, truly healthy.  Do you consider good health being for more than just your body? To me, health is a mind, body and soul package. When one is off, the others either suffer or compensate. Take a look at yourself. Can you realistically and honestly identify strengths and opportunities for growth? Where could your eating habits take a positive spin? A food journal can really show you patterns you may not have been aware of...positive and negative. Give yourself a week to log what, where and when you eat, also how you are feeling. Share with a trusted professional to help you analyze it. Give it a try!
